Wishing there was an easier way to find friends & interesting people on #nostr #asknostr
Easier than folowing hashtags to find people with similar interests, then to follow the people they are following?
Way easier. A categorized list of popular or trending users would be nice
We're all popular here. Trending is always fake.
Just be active for a while and you’ll find your flock and your flock will find you.

👌
 I hope they’re looking
Hmmmm… Actually this would be perfect as a project!
Let me know if you need help
 Thanks & likewise!

Trying to reboot my strange career in Linux & open source systems these days, maybe a relay is next up… Then getting used to the protocol on a code level of course
 Tag a post #introductions , don't forget the s. And follow hashtags.

Interested in the nature of belief? Have you read Alvin Plantinga's, Warranted Christian Belief?

 I haven’t but I’ll take a look. Ty
Look at hashtags of interests you like, interact with those posts, and create posts that interest you with their appropriate hashtags. Overtime, you'll make those connections =3
 I’ll try & do that more :)
The problem is the nostr user count is so low, content is limited meaning there is not that much to find.

But it's growing, slowly, and your posts will speed that process up.

Will still require patience and perseverance imo.

btw, what is dual process reasoning?
It takes time I know.. Dual process is the study of the conscious & subconscious in terms of how we make decisions & how they affect us
Interesting. After a number of years, many in fact, in analysis (jungian), I follow a certain dual process almost by naturally now.
 Ignore typos.
No idea if you'd consider my notes interesting but I'm always looking for more people to chat with on Nostr!
Your profile pic would benefit from having laser eyes 👀
I absolutely suck at photo editing (and honestly, that photo is something like 6 or 7 years old at this point) but if anyone knows how to do that... I'll gladly change to that!
Easier than nothing. A categorized list of popular users would be nice
