 Depends how it's implemented. There will need to be a self hosted component if their solution still requires xpubs. And hopefully they finish the job of decentralizing the coordinator. 

 They are talking about a client not a Coordinator. So who is the Coordinator and where will the liquidity come from? 

 I assume they would not be launching a client without a coordinator... Right? 

 Or it's a old roadmap and they thought they can use the one from SW which is down. We will see.
