But yes. I will bring the thing, though I would not recommend trying it as 40lbs is way too heavy to safely start for most people. I'm using to lifting much heavier things, though, not as often in such an intense manner.  
 I love walking, but I don't like walking around here. It's not ideal. I could walk for hours. I really need to find something that makes me want to walk. When I was living in Arizona, I went walking all the time. 

Do you have a video for beginners on the kettlebell moves you are doing?

 I am very fortunate to have a very good place for walking right where I currently live. It's a bit too flat for my liking, but, I can get out to hike harder stuff if I really feel the need.
