They traumatise regular people in the workplace and broader society with a constant stream of soul crushing busywork, designed to break their will.
They even traumatise their own children with circumcision and a separate school system, full of indoctrination designed to instill a sense of paranoia, fear, anger and violent revenge fantasies towards the Goyim.
