Honestly struggling for time this week for all this! Was really intending to have all of the above done by now

It would be really useful for me to have a sense of time-line/mile-stones of the hackathon? Also are the people hanging out somewhere?

What should I follow and who should I know is who (who's managing this event if anyone) and yeah all of that sort of stuff?

Sorry I haven't gotten some basics sorted out quicker, just had issues figuring out how to actually send a Lightning invoice (for NIP05 address), think I'm nearly there with Electrum but it's moaning about funds and I don't like to move more funds from my main chain wallet in public so will have to wait till evening again

I've made a little progress with a Miro board and I've chatted on the Nostr telegram group with some helpful folk, looks like some relevant NIP's already exist for this!

Anyway yes please do let me know what I ought to be tracking and who are points of contact for this hackathon if there are these things! Cheers!
