Another reason we don't know: We don't now how much he's leveraged. There may not be much there at all. He may be just floating on dept, so what happens to the loans is probably the main question. This is not my practice area, so others may be able to be more precise. 2/
@e184fd3c I could be wrong here, but what maddens me about civil suits like this, is its somewhat easy for someone to get out of paying by going bankrupt, and def easy for a company to do it. it even happened here in the UK, a company discriminated against someone who was blind, found guilty, sued, but all they did was dissolve the company and re set up under another name, no money paid.
@e184fd3c I think he's been living on royalties and licensing fees for the last 10 or 15 years. In the last 5, it's been the "donations" to his various fundraising pages (the majority goes to him, no matter who the official recipient is). Without the grift, he's effectively broke.
