Does anything in the Apple multiverse sync less reliably than Shortcuts? It just botched all of my folders and organization for the umpteenth time. I can’t even imagine how infuriating this must be for people who are more serious Shortcuts users than me.

@ce72be9b iTunes podcast status seems worse. That seemed to be a worse and different system. (itunes store rather than iCloud?)
Usually it all works well for me today.
