The date on that paper was 2000... Doubt that would have even been partially true in 2000. I started an online business back on 2000. Now if you would have said 1991 I might have believed it as we got our first internet connection on a Packard Bell 386.. I think we were on prodigy if I'm not mistaken. It sucked so we canceled it and didn't get back on the internet until 1996 or 97. We were living in Germany then and when we got back to the states the internet had gotten popular with AOL and the like.
