 Why is the “iOS will update is available and will install tonight” notification such a liar? I cannot remember a single time when it installed on the first night.

 @83908a92 maybe something to do with balancing the load? Maybe manual updaters get to go first. And then perhaps the phone reports its availability to central command and then gets processed whenever?
