Were you trying the Docker section? It's basically clone the repo and execute one command - what went wrong there?

Not sure where to clone it though?  

 Anywhere you want, 
git clone https://github.com/nostrband/noauth 

 ~/temp/noauth$ docker-compose up --build -d
bash: docker-compose: command not found

Maybe umbrel cant do this? 

 Try "docker compose" without hyphen, please?
