Devs discussing stuff and then bringing out a concept and then taking feedback and reworking or discarding... companies usually do this BEFORE they publicly release the product to normal end users. You are all just watching us make the wurst, like it's an open kitchen. We have integrated you into the development process. Deal with it.
Maybe some get put off by it/leave prematurely because of this but I find it fun.
Yeah, but I think that's okay. This isn't even "early adopting". It's like self-volunteering to be testers. Not everyone is cut out for that. Testing is hard, it can cost you social capital, and it takes a lot of patience.
