Truss' policies are bonkers and have proved to be so but they can never be hard-line enough because the party is now owned by extremists. So they can never be *too* extreme by definition.

Farage, BTW was in the room for her talk. Front and centre, apparently. Only 10 years ago, he wasn't even allowed to attend.
