No behavior differences. Tried killing and reopening while on 5G instead of WiFi. Also tried killing and reopening while on 5G with VPN off. 

 I figured it out, you need to use nsec instead of npub for signing in to use all those features 

 Pretty sure I was signed in with nsec already. I just signed out and signed in with nsec and the wallet tab perma-loads 

 And settings are still not working? 

 Now they are 🥳 sorry I mixed up the wallet and settings troubleshooting
