 Hoooboy.

Fat increases satiety more than any other macronutrient.

Butter is healthier fat than nearly any other source that's readily available.

Eating enough fat on a low- to zero-carb diet is exceedingly necessary in order to provide fuel for your body.

Eating enough fat on a low-carb diet shows your body that it doesn't need fat stores and your body will naturally dump bodyfat.

Salt intake must be increased eating this way in order to get enough electrolytes and minerals (though, if you can get food enough beef, butter, and eggs, it would be less necessary.
Hola, just wanted to add some extra context here:

Eating the fat doesn’t show the body it doesn’t need fat stores! It absolutely does need them for healthy functioning. Let’s dive a bit deeper.
What’s happening is just natural progression of biology for cells creating energy: primary and secondary energy sources.

Carbohydrates are the first and most prominent source of energy for the body. The body will always prioritize using carbs as an energy source first and foremost, and will only use lipids or proteins for energy production in the event that there are no carbohydrates to use. This is why fat is important on low carb diets; it provides energy for the body in replacement of carbohydrates, and will in turn also help you lose excess fat as the body searches for energy sources! Additionally, increased protein can help you feel fuller and burn more energy digesting, further contributing to weight loss. 💪
+1 for beef, butter, bacon and eggs

some fermented non starchy vegetables are good too
Agreed, fermented foods are top tier for gut biome health and can assist in weight loss as well. Kimchi, sauerkraut, natto, kombucha, etc.
