Went to the BTCPayServer Day in Tokyo actually! Was on the day 4 of Nostrasia :D Learnt alot there tbh actually about BTCPaySever's history thanks to some pretty decent talks by a few folks! Let me just say this... BTCPay has been around for fucking AGES and have stayed just as committed if not MORE so than in the earlier days.

I totally reminded myself that BTCPayServer, if you haven't looked at it in a while... I suggest giving it a look again! Their plugins alone are really cool and fly under the radar of many. They have a technical manual in paper (no shit!) for those of us inclined to feel while reading. (ok that sounds weird).

Had an awesome night out with a few nostriches, including all around top guy, webworthy! @webworthy - He actually showed us part of a very impressive looking video he has/had/is (?) working on about the history of BTCPay. I remember one part in the preview, he used an analogy that involved Skateboards being the OSS model while Rollerblades were the Closed Source model. Was actually quite a good analogy, especially for the layman re: OSS vs Closed Systems.
