@3967703f UGA got a really shitty accounting system that didn't work and required office managers et al. to work much, much harder. Instead of fixing the damn software, they held "stress reduction workshops". ("Put a blanket around your shoulders. Hold a cup of hot water between your palms." They weren't amused when I said "and if anyone comes in to bother you, throw the hot water on them and hide under the blanket!" but some of my classmates were.)
