I would be happy if they could just bill me during the visit.  It’s a pain to get a bill in the mail (after insurance has muddled up what it cost), then mail a check or if your lucky log in to portal and pay with a credit card (plus fees).  I would also like a vending machine for antibiotics in the doctors office.
