All social media platforms are mining the mine of people's attention. AI is ruthless. It has discovered the ugliness of human nature through big data. Human hatred is more active than love. In order to meet the advertising needs of enterprises, algorithm recommendations will recommend hateful and false content to gain more attention, interaction, forwarding, and comments. Only hatred and opposition can generate more interactions. This is just the performance of AI in its early stages. If we want to choose a species that is more suitable for survival on Earth, humans are not the most suitable species. What choices will AI make for a more efficient and long-term operation of the Earth?

 maybe? certainly it’s a way worrisome thing you are pointing out. I don’t think it’s true for everyone though. it may be that a few, a remnant perhaps, see it for what it is and find another path. 

parents, for instance, and that’s whom I’m around mostly, think social media is pretty poor company, so maybe the kids now will have a better immune system. That’s my hope. I’m an optimist though. And I have a fever right now so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

 Agree. Humanity has gone through many dark ages in history. Even if it lasts for hundreds of years, it will eventually return to normal. This is because of the diversity of human thought, which is the light of humanity. But the biggest wish of people is not to live in the dark ages of humanity. This is why we need to act with caution and think rationally.
