Recently I wrote a poem about an abusive ex, but I didn't include his name. I was holding onto a lot of unfelt anger about our relationship, and it was very helpful to put some of that rage into words. (I used SFFH metaphors, my favourite trick! 😆) It's on hold somewhere at the moment so hopefully it will be out in the world at some point.
