Brilliant! No pun intended. 

Semi unrelated: is the led on when the TV is on, or only on standby? It doesn't make it better if it's only on standby, but I ask because I was thinking about my TV. It has a small and unassuming red LED that is Off when the TV is on (because duh, I can see it's on). I often see LEDs that have zero function, and I thought that behavior on my tv was well thought out, for a chance.

Now it is black all the time. Black like the night.
