The app I’m using to keep track of our game is called “chess by post” .. correspondence tournament rules limit the time of a match to two and a half years and you’re allowed 30 days of “reflection time “ per 10 moves but the time rolls over.. https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/the-strategic-penpals-who-play-chess-by-mail
