Yea that's the dream.

Wayfinder did the same thing / re-deved the game to make it work as a sp/coop experience (instead of killing the game because of a publisher fuckup) 

 I couldn't find confirmation, but I think one of the Love Live gachas will also (or has already) shut down and they will also move offline. Not sure though. 

 Nicee, I'd wait for every gacha to become offline so I could play
