Congressmen Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) and Matt Rosendale (R-Mont.) were two of 8 Republicans who voted Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) out of office in a historic vote this week. 

We sat down with both of them in two separate interviews to understand why they made that choice and to get their thoughts on who the next speaker should be.

Here’s the thing.  

I don’t need to know “why?” They did it.

I know why they did it.  

Everyone knows “why” they did it.  

GOP and Dems both know why.

That’s why there is such an outrage.

All I need to know is that they did it.
