 Haven't watched Andor.  Way too many Star Wars spin offs IMO.  Is it worth watching?

 As someone who had the same worries and exhausted of (mostly sub par or garbage) star wars content... Yes, worth the watch.

I thought mandalorian season1 was the best of SW in the sequel era, but Andor blows em all out of the water.

 Might give it a shot!  Ever since Disney took over Star Wars I just couldn't really get into any of it, especially the last three movies.  Only spin off that I really liked was Clone Wars
