Interesting to see the rise of python. Probably AI related. We have also lost a whole generation of coders to Microsoft TypeScript, and Facebook React. The original non-corporate web is much under rated. Nostr is a web sub-protocol, and shows what can be done with the web, if you want it enough. https://image.nostr.build/7d43994e9670ca4aafc87335505861ab7102bfeb2a50cbaba78f6124974d57d3.png
I have only learned to program in python. It is the first programming language I used where I could actually make a functional program quickly. Actually being able to get results that I wanted really motivated me to keep learning. I am not a professional Dev, but I have pushed multiple projects to github. Some of them AI related, most of them not. I understand that it's slow, and I understand why, but I can still make anything that I can imagine in python. That's why I use it.
