New to Nostr and just enjoyed your (BTC Sessions) Primal client intro video. Thanks, was very helpful.
Worked a lot on (self)motivation. Bit of a humble expert. So here goes...
1st step is understanding #motivation drivers, the parts of life that generate motivation. Image below.

Motivation comes from defining worthwhile goals in all areas of life. Only you as an adult can define them. They can also change, as long as you have them.
First is health, because without it, all else gets tougher. Then follows, (depending on your situation or the changes you want), your spouse and kids, learning and producing, your larger family and finally friends. Each section needs goals, long and short term.
This provides guidance and real happiness when (sub)goals are reached, which motivates to new goals aligned with your growth. Keeping a #diary is essential because it's all too much to keep in your head, causing many to get stuck, lose control, and demotivate. A diary clears your mind, brings closure, tracks goals, and simulates an external manager who oversees 'the program for the 21st century that is your life'.
I'll post more about (self)motivation on my Nostr feed. A small multiyear personal goal in my 'Friends section' that gets me motivated. 🙂🙂
