 Excwpt for when your existing id comes from a seed as defined in NIP-06. That's exactly what Keychat uses.

 Wtf is the point of ecash in their besides the obvious payments aspect?  

 Keychat uses Bitcoin ecash as stamps and Nostr relays as post offices.
