 I had to put it on ice because of scaling issues.  We've still not solved them yet.  I will revisit this in the next year.

 understand - great efffort nevertheless
here my thoughts essential - then slowly find ways
1. CONTENT DELETE by USER
2. ADMIN BAN USER
3. STICK to 1 Central relay - only admin can relocate relay to another server.
then rest bell n whistles
#3 is very critical for scalability + realtime response - bunch of relay wont work  tradeoff if u wanna say so
