Transparent Governance Model

We are a dedicated group, focused on addressing a fundamental issue: 

How to create a transparent governance model in a group with the minimum amount of agreements, where freedom of the individual is not suppressed by control and tyranny?

Our goal is to ensure that the individual's freedom is not compromised. However, we also aim to prevent the potential for the tyranny of the individual that we try to protect by the same agreement.

Our Objectives:

Open-Source Governance: We believe in creating a governance model that is open-source, allowing for transparency and collective decision-making.
Minimal Agreements: We strive to achieve our goals with the least amount of agreements possible, reducing complexity and bureaucracy.
Individual Freedom: The freedom of the individual is paramount. We aim to ensure that this freedom is not suppressed by control.The protocol, instead of a centralized power works like a minimum constitution and guide common work.
Collective movement: While protecting individual freedom, we also aim to prevent the tyranny of the individual, ensuring a balanced and fair governance model.

We stand that Vedic knowledge has already laid the foundation for this concept with the introduction of the Mahabhutas as the basis of all manifestation.

The Five Basic Elements: Ether - Air - Fire - Water & Earth


These five elements are not only the basis of Ayurvedic medicine, but they also form the foundation of everything under the sky. They provide a unique perspective, allowing us to see and act with 'five eyes'.

Ether: Represents the space in which everything happens. It is the field that is simultaneously the source of all matter and the space in which it exists.
Air: Symbolizes motion and change. It is the force that drives movement and transformation.
Fire: Stands for transformation and metabolism. From digestion to cellular metabolism, fire transforms food into energy. It also represents our ability to mentally digest our life experiences.
Water: Is the element of cohesion. It allows things to stick together. It also represents our emotions and intuition.
Earth: Represents solidity and stability. It gives form to the physical body and to the world around us.

In essence, these five elements serve as a guide to understanding and navigating the world around us. They offer a holistic approach to health and well-being, providing a framework for understanding how we interact with the world on both a physical and mental level.

It's important to mention that this is not common sense knowledge because it is completely different from all management theories up to this point. It is based on three epistemological roots:

Reason
Perception
Trust

Out of these three ways, models of searching for understanding working in the same level, truth, perhaps, would be the meeting point and the sum of these mental conscious places, where they kind of emanate.

So, we stand that this 5 model matrix can only be achieved with these roots, or else it will be only a new way of centralized domination. It should be a second or third layer protocol based on a completely decentralized protocol. 
And it can be used by anyone who understands the above and is not only satisfied with freedom of money but also wants to be a part of a decentralized organization without blind allies.
