The way I understand it is he pissed off the DOJ. Those fuckers will persecute you if you helped an old lady accross the street while they were trying to run her over.
What they uncovered is he paid for a contract for murder against someone he blamed for stealing from him. I haven't heard this refuted.
Multiple life sentences? Yes, that's ridiculous. They justify it by claiming he facilitated other illegal acts, though its difficult to convict for a crime he was not party to.
Paying a contract for murder is far from a non-violent crime.
The hire for murder was thrown out in court and the individual the FBI set up to be murdered doesnt even believe Ross attempted to murder him. The FBI had admin privileges of Ross's account and easily could have staged that (and likely did!) 99% of people who still think Ross should be in prison don't know the trumped up murder for hire charges were thrown out in court, but they will remember the headline. What was done to Ross was unjust and it has no equal.
Just because something gets thrown out doesn't mean it's not true.
Oldest trick in the book - I was hacked or so many people have access to that account, it gets passed around more than a 10$ hooker... who knows who did what.
true or false. we won't know, but that story likely tained the jury.
exactly my point. anyone could have done that. many people had admin mode rights when that happened
Well, I guess we can only speculate.
my point is speculation isnt accepatble for a doubls life sentence. it should be case closed 💯 proven to throw a man's life away like that 2x
I can be persuaded to believe the charges were faked. I didnt watch the trial, but i doubt it would make a difference. Do you know there are still people rooting on Faketoshi even through covering this COPA trial?
