MSTR  is legally exploiting the fragility and stupidness of the system. It is exposing a relatively simple idea with multiple facets. Saylor is a calculated genius and most plebs will never understand what or how he has done it. To understand his methodology one must do the work and most people can’t be bothered. 
My guess is that this will explode further as he tries to infiltrate (and become the only game in town) Wall Street. 
I’m comfortable he knows exactly what he is doing.
