 I did a 3 day 2 years ago and it was life changing. Been doing 18/6 but nothing like the longer period fast. You & @nobody have pushed me to do the 3 day again. Soon. Thats inspiration.

 I've been watching an anime specifically about food, Food Wars. I'll be fine 😂😂😂

Also highly recommend food wars. In Japanese with subs. Maximize the weirdness. It's a solid show with a great storyline.

 My sister keeps up to date with the streaming sites since I just torrent from nyan. Right now, 9anime is it. So what you do is search for it and pick the site that's active.

Food Wars has a hentai cloak that shrouds an amazing storyline and food culture. Don't let it put you off. The last season is bad and can be skipped.
