It is clipped and somehow can't get it to show completely. 

 This isn't very realistic. Old people are going to have way more tattoos in the future.

 Yea I actually assume that ads will find their way into some clients. My curiosity (potential concern) is more around how it will impact ad-supporting clients in terms of moderation of content and user activity. Once a client becomes reliant on a revenue stream, it gives whoever provides that revenue a lot of influence over its design choices. The threat of losing substantial revenue from advertisers could lead to censorship that otherwise wouldn’t have occurred. The openness of Nostr helps mitigate that to some degree, better than closed social platforms at least.
