 It's always a challenge to keep my weight up in the winter bc the body work is different and the morning miles are faster. 
We mitigate this by throwing in one of these during the day and have more red meat and less fish proteins for dinner.

 Try donuts 
 When I was younger, that was an option (also pizza and pasta). But as an older man those come with a side order of diabetes and those don't sit well with me.
