No, there is nothing you have to do now. In Primal anyone (who wants to) can follow your mute list. The only thing you can do, is to keep it so narrow that people don't feel they miss out, when following it. For example I looked at Roya's mute list and has too many accounts I wouldn't want to mute. https://m.primal.net/HqUO.jpg

It is sad to see that some women on Nostr are getting harassed. I know there are no perfect solutions yet, but I appreciate those who are thinking it out and working on it. Sadly, there are always going to be assholes. The Mute button works for most of them, but when it comes to serial harassment, these people can spin up new accounts easily and continue to harass.
