It would be great if the general press would spend their time and energy discussing the real differences between the parties (democracy, abortion, climate) and the dystopian hell into which we will descend if Republicans gain anything more than what they have. (In fact, they need to lose big.) They could also actually cover what VP Harris is doing with some depth.
@e396cd52 They could indeed. Every one of them gets daily reports of what she is doing and where she is going. They even assign a reporter to cover her at all times. And then say nothing.

She went from 6% in the polls to become the California Attorney General and then went on to become only the second Black woman to ever serve as a U.S. Senator. @c22052a6 @74aff7f9 @e396cd52 I was listening to a podcast that I normally like & they were analyzing her response as a reporter tried to corner her into being super specific, opening her up to criticism and nitpicking. She stuck to her guns with the answer she gave and was polite but tough. And these guys criticised her for a thing they would complement a man on. It made me so disgusted that I deleted the episode. She could win any debate, but would men older than me concede that she won?
