 My patient population is primarily old. You just don’t see that many 90+ overweight people in my clinic. Mostly thin. Their trick, most tell me, is to never stop moving. Or they say whiskey or tequila lol. 
 Both of my grandmothers, who lived to 92 and 97, fit this profile. For as long as they were able, they were essentially in constant motion while awake. 
 Exactly! Once you sit down, you don’t get back up. Gotta keep it moving! Even if just a short little walk outside the house, etc
