 Could we please make telemarketing scams an instant felony?  I'm tired of getting multiple calls per day and absolutely no end in sight.

 The best defense is a good offensive line about loving to eat beef and cows.... or better yet an SMS scammer one can text photos of beef and cow muscle maps 😉

 If your number is on the (US) National Do Not Call List then the calls already are a felony.
