Apple has confirmed that new Mac models with the M4 processor will be announced next week. The announcement is expected to include several new devices, including a low-end 14-inch MacBook Pro and high-end 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros. Additionally, a revamped Mac Mini with 16GB of RAM and an M4 chip is likely to be unveiled. The M4 chip has previously appeared in the new iPad Pros, but this will mark its first appearance in Mac devices.

The announcement is also expected to include updates on Apple's AI model, Apple Intelligence, which was recently integrated into the iPhone 16. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the company is shifting away from an annual product upgrade cycle and towards smaller, more frequent software rollouts and product launches.
