I suspect web2 grew a whole generation of people who take one look at their house-key and immediately go deposit in a bank. 

 And where do you store your nsec? 

 I posted it on a public relay like 9 months ago, it's probably still there somewhere in case I lose it.

 This app is non-custodial, comparison with a bank is not accurate. 

 Yes, try it from nostrapp.link, turn off extension first  

 Server replies with authUrl, keys are created in the aithUrl tab, tab informs the server about the npub, server replies to createAccount

 Turn off your extension, nostr-login lib used here doesn't override it. 

 But it is off. I leave it always off these days. 

 Strange, this is what I see when ext is off and I click Log in in top menu.

Did you announce nsec.app with NIP-89 as a handler for NIP-46 events?
