I wanted to leave this world a better place than it was when I was younger. There was some progress made, but the effing GOP destroyed it all in the blink of an eye. I’m too old to fight this shit all over again..

Hope your friend’s surgery goes well.
My heart got destroyed by COVID & surgery wasn’t an option (genetic bleeding disorder). 

People need to keep their germs to themselves…

Some don’t get it & some don’t care in the first place. 
People have always been that way. It’s sad, but until it happens to them, they don’t seem to understand.
