@d7af9dea I saw the major news this morning was that Ozempic had a new health risk - rather than take if off the market for more research, they have decided to UPDATE THE LABEL. Why they didn't just do that with Over the Counter Cyanide rather than take it off the market, is a mystery to me.
@d7af9dea https://bestlifeonline.com/fda-ozempic-update-gastrointestinal-issues-news/ Now with small bowel obstruction! My wife is a GI practitioner. This is big for them, they are really pulling back on prescribing these starting yesterday. Now that there's FDA warning, they can face lawsuits, or their license being suspended if there are adverse side effects in patients and they were not appropriately screened.
@d7af9dea Sadly, keep an eye out for childhood non-alcoholic fatty liver disease to become the new thing in the next few years as childhood type II diabetes & obesity rates soar. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4926480/
@d7af9dea I wonder what the ROI on $500 million is. Somebody's wallet is getting obese
