Nothing like a 7am meeting (on a Canadian holiday - thanks, UK) the morning after an 8pm Zoom meeting.  

Starting the day off right: I have to make 2 talks today that I'm presenting remotely at a conference Monday and Tuesday (along with attending a different online conference in a different time zone, and also my normal teaching load).  I think I got this, but this is a bit much...
