Hey @chaoticalHeavy thanks for this, it pulls a lot of things together. There is a guy on YouTube who has said much the same thing himself - his channel is E511 ministries, but I don’t know anyone else who has seen it. 
I happen to agree with your guy and this article. Question is how to avoid the 15min cities and all they entail…
