The only tip I can give you: cut the vegs as thin as possible, since it’s only quick boiling, more blanching. ☺️ I prepped it yesterday πŸ˜πŸ«‚πŸ’œ

 I only put brown Champions, carrots, leek & spring onion and the glass noodles & some parsley with veg broth 
I’ve cut them thin so I can eat them since it’s just spoiling boiled water into it. :) 
I think the prep soup will be an important meal for me from now on 

It’s warm lunch at work without using the microwave! 🍜

 I planned to make them for the whole week but then we had other opportunities to eat so I just could prep for Friday, the champions needed to be processed so I cut them all and freezed it for next week. Not optimal but it should work :)
