Sad thing is. This spam not generates a new npub each time. This is one reason I need to run my own relay (for public access) but I want to require proof of work on each post.
We can filter by patterns and that usually does it

Basically the filter would be any user with a display/pet name of `ReplyGuy*`
Also, I seemed to have blocked some of them. So unsure if they were generating an npub per post. Maybe there is just a handful of them.
I take it back. You probably want to filter by the petname. It is making nes keypairs per post.
