 So Elon and Sam just want daddy gov to regulate the space so they are the big winners?? They would never lie to us like that 

 The hype/excitement reminds me of when Apple first introduced Siri.  Everybody was in awe and couldn’t stop talking about the possibilities.  Here we are 10 years later and Siri still sucks.  Me thinks will be same with this wave of AI.

 the scary scenario to me, is pretty much 95% of the world population will easily be fooled by simple bots in a very near future. I'm not much worried about ai overcoming humans any time soon, but humans using this tech for evil is what scares me a bit. 

 Until AGI understands my sense of humour....I'm not gonna worry
