 There are awesome photos I’ve snapped of midgets fighting in an 18 wheeler, but the hashtags have been kinda ruined, so filters can’t really help us entirely as porn encompasses a really wide spectrum

Mention filters and some brainiacs derail the conversation instantly, screaming 'Censorship!'.
Then we say 'Well, run your own relays with spam and porn.'
The they say we are communists and censors and not better than the legacy social media.
Then the conversation forks a couple of times, what is spam and what isn't, talking about incentives for relay runner like being attractive to advertisers who don't want their fitness device next to gay midget anal rape, talking about less Bitcoin on Nostr, more Bitcoin on Nostr, fiatjaf joins in, saying EVENT CAN'T BE FOUND, jack boosts a thinkbois reply and receives 12k sats,....

 So we can filter porn terms/hashtags for our individual accounts, but that also mean people can seek out those very hashtags to find that same reprehensible content… it can’t be stopped.

And that’s the double edged sword that is free speech.
