 Had a start9 running but stopped because at some point it just disconnected from the internet and i haven't found the time to debug it 😮‍💨 

 All services on StartOS have a Tor address.  IP/Port config is coming in v0.6.3 release in beta now. 

 Relays don't relay content onwards, it's a bad name. Did StartOS launch their new version with better networking, allowing services to be accessible from the outside world? If that update came out then I would assume that you could configure this relay to be accessible by anyone. If this is the case, it could be your outbox relay for people to read your content. The last time I checked StartOS, this was not something that could easily be done. I'll have to play around with the latest version and see. Sorry that this isn't a good answer. Maybe someone else knows. 

 No update from Start9 in awhile, frustratingly.  And the relay implementation is very barebones. So I think you're right.

But I'm sure many people have these type of questions around relays and setups.  Someone knowledgable could do well to talk about this and create content!
