💯% but shouldn’t we take a step back first? Before we start thinking about collecting Sats/funds or even start spending Sats, we do really need a solid marketing strategy. #Nostr ,similar to Bitcoin, is many things to many. It’s important to align perspectives and connect our efforts with a clear #vision. Once we have that, we can then set specific goals and decide on the best tactics and actions to take. This way, we can ensure that our spending is focused and effective, and also avoid managing expectations and bad mouth. Also, it would be very helpful to make sure we’re all on the same page about what we want to achieve. A mission statement is sine qua non. Let’s first define and then size/quantify our goals to make sure that we’re aligned before we dive into action; collecting and spending? As a Marketing Veteran, I’d be more than happy to mentor and guide those who will roll their sleeves up and dive into action. If the #Nostr onboarding is done properly (there is an open discussion for this) then it’s just a matter of building and sustaining momentum while channeling users.
